Transform Your Trauma Therapy Practice
Rebuild your practice so it supports you instead of burning you out
An 8-week group coaching program to help trauma therapist make intentional business decisions, build new income streams, and design a practice that supports the depth of the work they do.
Transform Your Practice NowThe landscape is shifting. Your business model may not be.
Insurance reimbursements haven't kept pace with your training. The referral streams you've relied on are less predictable than they used to be. AI is showing up in your clinical work in ways no one prepared you for. And the political and cultural climate is draining your empathy reserves before you even sit down with your first client.
You've been able to set the business side aside. For a while, that worked.
It doesn't anymore.
If there was ever a time to look honestly at how your practice is structured and whether it can actually sustain you through the shifting future, it's now.
I See You, Dedicated Trauma Therapist...
You didn't get into this work for the money. You got in because you believe in healing, and because this work matters to you in ways that go beyond a career.
And yet.
You're carrying more than you ever have. Complex cases, administrative weight, emotional labor, and a business model that was never designed for the depth of work you do. Your capacity is wearing thin. And somewhere underneath the exhaustion is a version of your practice that you haven't had the time or energy to build.
Maybe You're Quietly Asking Yourself
“How much longer can I keep this pace?”
“I love this work, but it’s not feeling sustainable anymore.”
“Is it wrong to want more time, more income, more ease?”
You're not alone. And you're not wrong for wanting that.
Here's what's actually true:
You are not burned out because you don't care. You're burned out because you do.
And the qualities that make you exceptional at this work, your empathy, your depth, your commitment, are the very things most at risk if nothing changes.
There is a way to honor your clients and your calling without sacrificing yourself in the process. But it requires building a practice that works differently than the one you have now.
Why this program. Why now.
I've been providing business consultation to trauma therapists, formally and informally, for over a decade. I've also spent those years taking every business training I could find.
And the same thing has become clear to me every single time: you cannot take the trauma out of business training for trauma therapists.
Business conversations with therapists who work with trauma clients are different. They touch on clinical complexity, ethical weight, the particular way our clients' needs can pull on our own boundaries, the money shame that runs deep in this profession, and the very specific challenge of pricing specialized expertise that took years to build.
Generic business advice doesn't account for any of that. I haven't found another program that does.
TYTTP was built for exactly what you're navigating. Not therapists in general. Trauma therapists specifically.
And what you'll find here is not a prescription. Whether you work with insurance, private pay, or a hybrid, whether you want to add intensives or simplify your caseload, there is no right answer. I'm going to hand you. What I will do is help you get clear on what sustainability looks like for you, and then help you build towards it, without judgement about the path you choose.
"My private practice started without true intention or direction and was essentially a conglomeration of other people's ideas over time. Owning this type of business is a very niche market and general business/marketing guidance doesn't completely translate to trauma therapy. Kristen's program allowed for clarity and accurate information about my field and how it relates to my business. I have left feeling more confident in my policies, business structure, and marketing."
What's included in this round
This is an 8-week group coaching program. It runs with a maximum of 12 people, intentionally small so the work stays real and the community stays close.
What we cover together
The program moves through two arcs. The first four weeks are about you as a business owner: where you are, what your work is worth, and what you're going to build. The second four weeks are about your clinical identity and your presence: who you are in the room, who you most want to serve, and how to build a website that actually reflects that.
Week 1: You Are a Business Owner
Week 2: Assess Your Foundation
Week 3: Understanding Your Value
Week 4: Building Your Plan
Week 5: Your Therapeutic Superpower
Week 6: Who Do You Serve
Week 7: Bringing It Together — Your Website
Week 8: Graduation and Next Steps
Want to keep going after Week 8?
Graduates are invited into the Graduate Membership, a $50/month ongoing container for niche refinement, website development, income stream growth, and community accountability. This is where the work from the 8-week program continues to compound. Open to coaching program graduates only.
"This program has energized me and made me re-engage with my work in a way that I haven't felt since I started my private practice a decade ago. I feel like I am building the practice that I always wanted."
"I would tell them it feels like taking off a heavy backpack and sitting down and taking a big deep breath... right next to another clinician who is doing the same."
"I finally feel like I have my ideal client verbalized... I feel like I have a concrete program developed to help said client. I feel more confident talking about my offerings."
This program is for you if:
You've been thinking about expanding your income but don't know where to start. You want to offer intensives, consultation, groups, or other services beyond traditional therapy. You're ready to raise your rates or make strategic changes to how you practice. You want support and accountability from someone who understands trauma work specifically, in a community of peers who do too.
This program is not for therapists just entering the field. It's for experienced trauma therapists who are ready to stop fitting their business into the margins of their clinical life.
"I might say you can't afford not to do this! If you want a change in your practice, or are struggling with burn out and need to make a change, you need to take this program."
You didn't get this far by giving up when things got hard. You built a clinical practice that most therapists never attempt. Building a business that matches it is entirely within your reach.
The next cohort is forming now. There are 12 spots.
