These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your membership in the TYTTP Graduate Membership program ("Membership") operated by Kristen K. Wold, LMFT LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), a Connecticut limited liability company.

By enrolling in the Membership, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not enroll in or use the Membership.

1. Membership Description

The TYTTP Graduate Membership is a business development and professional support program exclusively available to graduates of the Transform Your Trauma Therapy Practice program. The Membership includes:

• Access to private online community
• Two monthly co-working calls 
• Quarterly group coaching calls
• Downloadable resources and templates
• Recorded video content
• Other materials and resources as added.
   

2. Eligibility

To join the Membership, you must:

• Be at least 21 years old
• Be a licensed mental health professional
• Have completed the Transform Your Trauma Therapy Practice program
• Agree to these Terms and our Community Guidelines.
  
  

3. Not Therapy or Clinical Services

IMPORTANT: This Membership provides business coaching, professional development, and peer support only. It does not provide therapy, clinical supervision, or mental health treatment. The content and interactions are for business and professional development purposes only and should not be construed as clinical advice.

4. Payment Terms

Monthly Fee: $50 USD per month

Billing: You will be charged $50 on your enrollment date and then monthly on the same date thereafter.

Payment Processing: All payments are processed through Kajabi's secure payment system.

Failed Payments: If your payment fails, we will retry payment twice over a 7-day period. If payment cannot be processed after two attempts, your membership may be suspended or cancelled.

No Refunds: All membership fees are non-refundable. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial months.

5. Cancellation Policy

Your Right to Cancel: You may cancel your membership at any time without penalty.

How to Cancel: Cancellation can be made through your Kajabi account portal or by contacting us directly.

When Cancellation Takes Effect: Your access to the Membership will continue through the end of your current billing period. No further charges will occur after cancellation.

No Prorating: We do not provide refunds or credits for partial months when you cancel.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

Our Content: All content provided in the Membership, including but not limited to videos, audio recordings, written materials, templates, and downloadable resources, is the proprietary property of Kristen K. Wold, LMFT LLC and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Your License: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Membership content solely for your personal professional development.

Restrictions: You may not:

• Share, distribute, or resell any Membership content
• Record, screenshot, or copy content without express written permission
• Use content for any commercial purpose other than your own practice
• Share login credentials with others.
  
  

7. Community Guidelines and Conduct

Professional Conduct: You agree to maintain professional standards in all community interactions.

Confidentiality: You agree to respect the privacy and confidentiality of other members. Do not share personal information discussed in the community or on calls outside the Membership.

Prohibited Conduct: You may not engage in harassment, discrimination, spam, or any behavior that disrupts the community experience.

Violation Consequences: We reserve the right to remove any member who violates community guidelines, with or without refund.

8. Privacy and Recordings

Call Recordings: Group calls may be recorded for educational purposes and made available to current members.

Recording Retention: Call recordings will be retained for 12 months and then deleted.

Your Privacy: By participating in recorded calls, you consent to being recorded and having your voice/image included in member-accessible recordings.

Data Protection: We handle your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable privacy laws.

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

No Guarantees: We make no guarantees about specific outcomes or results from participating in the Membership.

Professional Responsibility: You are solely responsible for how you implement any strategies, advice, or information shared in the Membership.

Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kristen K. Wold, LMFT LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Membership.

Maximum Liability: Our total liability to you for any claims arising from the Membership shall not exceed the amount you have paid for the Membership in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by email or through the Membership platform. Your continued participation after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your membership at any time for:

• Violation of these Terms or Community Guidelines
• Non-payment of fees
• Fraudulent or abusive behavior
• Any reason we deem necessary to protect the integrity of the Membership.
  
  

12. Technical Requirements and Platform Access

Platform: The Membership is delivered through the Kajabi platform. You are responsible for having compatible technology and internet access.

Technical Issues: While we strive to provide reliable access, we are not responsible for technical difficulties, platform downtime, or connectivity issues that may prevent access to content or calls.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Membership shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, conducted in Connecticut.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and Community Guidelines, constitute the entire agreement between you and Kristen K. Wold, LMFT LLC regarding the Membership.
